Josephine & Company is an independent film and storytelling studio. We write manifestos and craft brand narratives that define a company's core essence, then bring it to life through commercial short films.

Founded by Ida Josefiina (writer, director, and former tech entrepreneur) and Vincent Xie (screenwriter and producer), JoCo was born from the understanding that technology, entertainment, and culture all need to play hand-in-hand for a brand's message to cut through. Fiction is the ultimate tool for converting viewers and consumers into loyal fans of a brand. We partner with companies who are ready to move on from traditional advertising toward building worlds worth living in.

Our original film work spans features, television, and shorts. Most recently, we produced Worth the Wait, starring Lana Condor, Ross Butler, Sung Kang, and more. Worth the Wait became the #1 movie on Tubi (100M active users) and is distributed worldwide. We are currently in development on three feature films and an original series.
